Welcome to Vizzle-Nation, Kasey!
I’d like to introduce you to Vizzle’s new Customer Support Specialist, Kasey Goodwin. Kasey will be answering all of your support questions and calls.
Kasey comes to us with a background in early childhood education. For the last decade, Kasey has spent time both in the classroom as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher and on the administrative side as an Assistant Director and School Director. She completed her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Cincinnati and is continuing her education with an additional undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
Kasey is excited to join the Vizzle team because helping others, especially children, brings her joy and purpose. As a part of Vizzle support, she is grateful to have the opportunity to help students, teachers, and administrators across the country.
For those of you who may be wondering about Joseph...we are happy to say he’s still an important part of Vizzle-nation. Joseph will now be handling Tier II support and acting as a liaison for the DevOps team.
